Most people run the same short request through Claude for every occasion -- and get an average result. In practice the model can cover almost the whole business path: from brand voice to scaling. Below are 25 prompts grouped into 5 practical categories — copy them, change the values in brackets and plug in your own data.
Category 1 — voice and text
The point of this group is to make your texts sound like you, not like a neutral model.
1. Brand voice card:
Analyze these 5 texts of mine, find the speech patterns
and build a voice card: what to do, what to avoid,
and 3 sample phrases in my style. Texts: [paste]
2. Humanize an existing text:
Rewrite this AI text the way a real person would: cut
the filler, vary sentence length, add concrete details.
Note exactly what you changed. Text: [paste]
3. A post in my style:
Write a thread on [topic] in my style. No cliches
like "in today's world". A strong hook, one idea -
one post, a clear call to action at the end.
4. From features to benefits:
Turn this list of features into copy in the language of
benefits. For each item show: life without the product and
life with it. Features: [paste]
5. Expert post:
Write a story about [situation from experience] following
hook -> tension -> lesson -> takeaway. Up to 200 words.
End with a question to the reader.
Category 2 — product
Prompts for launching and retaining: from pricing tiers to fighting churn.
1. Pricing page:
Build a 3-tier pricing page for [product]:
an anchor price, a "most popular" badge, a savings
toggle, social proof and an FAQ answering objections.
2. Onboarding emails:
Write an email sequence for new [product] customers
on days 0, 1, 3, 7, 14: subject lines, send times
and a separate day-3 trigger for inactive users.
3. Payments plan:
Build a payments integration plan for [product]:
the checkout flow, webhooks, subscription lifecycle,
retry on a failed payment, grace period.
4. Launch checklist:
Put together a 40-item launch checklist: pre-launch
(warm-up), launch day (channels), post-launch
(retention). Name the metrics for each stage.
5. Reducing churn:
Analyze my churn data and suggest 5 ways
to bring monthly churn down from [x]% to [y]%. Add
win-back flows and early risk signals.
Category 3 — customer acquisition
These prompts are about leads: from lead magnets to referral mechanics.
1. Lead magnet ideas:
Give me 10 lead magnet ideas for [niche] that lead
to [product]. Each one takes no more than 2 hours to build,
has a strong hook; rank them by conversion potential.
2. Cold outreach:
Write a 3-email sequence for [product], audience -
[who], following problem-agitate-solve. Subject lines,
send times, personalization and a voicemail script.
3. Handling objections:
List 15 objections people have before buying [product].
Give a one-line answer to each and group them
by type: price, trust, timing, competitors.
4. Referral mechanics:

each user brings in 1-2 new ones. Define
the trigger, the reward model and how to track it.
5. Landing page headlines:

using different formulas: AIDA, PAS, before/after,
social proof, urgency. With a subhead and a CTA.

Build a personal operating system for the goal [goal]:
morning ritual, daily review, weekly
planning, monthly reflection.

8-hour session. Niche: [niche]. Formats: [formats].
Give me a schedule and templates for each format.

Score them on upside, risk, time and reversibility.
Name a clear winner and what could change it.
4. AI automations:

[what gets in the way]. Give the setup time and the payoff.
5. A 7-day plan:

priorities and dependencies: [tasks]. Mark
what to delegate, and the task that unblocks everything else.

products: upsells and loyalty program logic.
5. Delegation and focus:
Turn this task list [tasks] into a 7-day plan.
Mark what to delegate or automate,
and find the one task that moves everything else.
How to use them
You do not have to go through all of it in one evening: the categories are independent, but the result of each prompt strengthens the next one if you work in a single chat inside a Claude Project — then the model keeps your niche and the previous answers in context instead of asking about them again.
How we do it
All 25 prompts sit as separate cards in the qvib.pro knowledge base — with notes on where to plug in your own data, and with no need to DM anyone or hunt for a code word. We build the scenarios for the qvib engine on the same principle — a clear role, context and structure instead of a vague request — so it assembles code and sites to a given structure rather than at random.
