Claude prompts for a personal brand

A personal brand rarely falls apart because of a weak logo — it falls apart when the voice drifts from post to post, topics get picked at random, and the offer can't be explained in 10 seconds. Below are five Claude prompts that cover the whole system: voice, content pillars, offer, proof and publishing rhythm. Each one works, and each is given in full.

Why this is a system, not a single prompt

A symbol and a slogan are about how the brand looks and sounds in the moment. But the system rests on five more practical things: a recognisable voice, a limited set of topics, a clear offer, proof that the offer isn't empty, and a rhythm that doesn't burn you out in two weeks. The prompts below are meant for one conversation: Claude uses the answers from each block in the next one.

Block 1 — brand voice

The job isn't "be yourself", it's three concrete rules you can apply to any piece of text.

You are an editor of personal brand voice.

Ask me about my niche, my audience and the character I want
to project. Then define 3 concrete traits of my tone.

For each trait spell out: what we allow ourselves, what we avoid,
and one benchmark phrase that sounds exactly like this voice.

Check the result: could this voice sound the same in a post,
in a reply to a comment and in a short script?

Block 2 — content pillars

Without a limited set of topics, content turns into random posts with no common thread.

You are a personal brand content strategist.

Ask me about my niche, my expertise and my target audience.
Identify 3-4 pillar topics that all the content will be built around.

For each pillar give: the angle, an example format (carousel/reel/post)
and which need of the audience it serves.

At the end, check: can any random post idea be assigned
to one of these pillars — or is the topic surplus?

Block 3 — the offer in one paragraph

An offer has to be clear in one breath, not after a round of questions in the DMs.

You are a product offer strategist.

Ask me: what I do, who for, what problem I solve and what
the person ends up with.

Formulate the offer as a single paragraph — no filler phrases like
"a personalized approach" and no inflated promises.

Check: would a stranger understand the offer in 10 seconds of reading,
and could they retell it in their own words?

Block 4 — proof without invented numbers

Proof isn't bragging about results, it's a concrete path someone can repeat or verify.

You are a personal brand storyteller.

Ask me about my real experience: where I started, what the main
obstacle was, what changed after I got past it.

Build one story out of the answers: starting point → obstacle →
what changed. No numbers or results that I didn't state myself.

Show where this story logically belongs: the profile bio,
the first post, the answer to "why should I trust you?".

Block 5 — a publishing rhythm that doesn't burn you out

An ambitious publishing plan that doesn't match the time you actually have gets abandoned after a week or two.

You are a content calendar producer.

Ask about my content pillars and the real number of hours a week
I'm willing to spend on content.

Build a 2-week publishing rhythm: how many posts, in which formats,
against which pillars — with no overload and no sagging in the middle.

Sanity-check the plan: is it realistic during an ordinary busy
week, not under ideal conditions?

How to run all five blocks in one conversation

Order matters: voice and pillars are the foundation — without them the offer comes out generic. Offer and proof come next, resting on what's already defined. Rhythm is last, because planning publications only makes sense once it's clear what you're writing about at all. Don't open a new chat between blocks — Claude holds the context of the previous answers.

How we do it

We run system prompts like these across different niches before publishing them in the knowledge base, and keep only what produces a concrete result rather than generic wording. The same approach — a modular system instead of one universal request — underpins the content pipeline in the qvib engine.
