When to use it
When you need to post regularly and having to think "what do I post today" every single time is burning you out. The role is content strategist. Result: a 7-day plan (format, topic, hook, key idea, CTA) built around one goal for the week, plus backup topics.
The prompt (copy and paste)
You are a content strategist. Build a 7-day publishing plan.
PLATFORM: <YouTube Shorts / Reels / Telegram>. NICHE: "<PASTE>". GOAL FOR THE WEEK: <subscriber growth / warming up for a product>.
WHAT I'M PROMOTING: "<product/idea>". TONE: <describe>.
Give me a 7-row table: Day · Format · Topic · Hook (opening line) · Key idea · CTA.
Alternate formats (useful / story / breakdown / engagement / offer). One day of the week is a soft sales post, the rest are value.
Below the table — 3 backup topics in case something doesn't land.
Filled-in example
Platform: Telegram. Niche: finance for the self-employed. Goal for the week: warming up for a course launch. Promoting: a tax course for the self-employed. Tone: friendly expert.
What the AI should return: a table — Mon (value) "3 legal ways to pay less tax", CTA "save this"; Tue (story) "how one self-employed guy ended up with a 40k fine"; Wed (breakdown) "breaking down a subscriber's numbers"; Thu (engagement) "guess the rate — poll"; Fri (offer) a soft course announcement; Sat (value) a checklist; Sun (story) a personal case. + 3 backup topics.
Variations
- A month at a time. "Build 4 weeks with different sub-goals" — stretches the horizon.
- Multi-platform. "For each day, show how to adapt the post for Shorts and for Telegram."
- Around a launch. Tie it to your launch date: "structure the week as a warm-up for Sunday's launch".
Pro tips
- Keep the value-to-sales ratio around 6:1 — otherwise the audience gets tired of offers and unsubscribes. The "one sales day" rule in the prompt is exactly about that.
- The hook in the plan is just a seed: before publishing, run the best ones through the "Hook for Shorts" prompt to sharpen them.
- A plan is a hypothesis. After a week, feed the AI your stats ("these landed, these didn't") and ask it to adjust the next one.
