What it does
Turns ChatGPT into an image editor: you describe, it draws; you correct it in words, it redoes the picture — iteratively, inside one conversation. Since March 2025 the engine has been native GPT-4o generation (which replaced DALL·E 3): noticeably better at readable text on the image, counting objects and placing them in space — exactly where earlier models stumbled.
How to set it up

When to use it
- ✅ Quick visuals right now: a banner, an illustration for a post, a mockup, an icon, a storytelling image.
- ✅ You need text on the image (a caption, a poster, a meme) — GPT-4o's strong suit.
- ❌ For fine art control and style work, pros reach for Midjourney; for a production pipeline, separate tools.
Example
"A retro sci-fi poster: an astronaut at a window, big 'LASKOFF OS' lettering across the top, palette of deep blue plus neon orange" — you get an image with legible lettering; then follow up with "make the lettering bigger and add stars".
