Senler

What it is and why

Senler is a Russian service for newsletters and automated funnels in VK and Telegram: you collect community subscribers and warm them up with segmented messages and sequences. Reach for it when your audience lives in VK/Telegram and you need to turn community subscribers into customers through messenger marketing (for a social-network audience that beats email — open rates are higher).

How to set it up (step by step)

  1. Sign up at senler.ru (there is a free allowance) and connect your VK community or Telegram bot. Billing is in rubles.
  2. Create a subscriber group. That is the segment you send to. A person subscribes by pressing "Subscribe" on your widget or button — and that press is their consent.
  3. Subscription widget. Put a Senler subscribe button in your community and in posts.
  4. Build an automated funnel. A message sequence triggered by the subscription: welcome → something useful → a case study → the offer, with delays between steps.
  5. Segmentation. Split subscribers by what they did (clicked a link, replied) so you can send precisely.
  6. One-off broadcasts to a segment — announcements, promotions (within the platform's rules: relevant, not spam).
  7. Integrations. Wire it to amoCRM/Bitrix24 (a subscription becomes a lead in the CRM) and to payments.
  8. Analytics on delivery, clicks and unsubscribes — use it to tune the funnel.

Ready-made recipe

Warm-up and sale in VK: you run ads to a post with a "get the checklist" button → the click subscribes the person to the Senler list (consent) → the automated funnel runs: the checklist right away → day 2, a breakdown of the pain → day 4, a customer case study → day 6, the offer with a payment link (Tribute/YuKassa) → anyone who opens the payment page goes to the CRM as a hot lead → a salesperson closes them. The subscriber gets warmed up automatically, and messenger reach beats email.

What it costs (honestly)

How it works: a free allowance (a number of subscribers/messages), and beyond that you pay by subscriber count and messages sent, in rubles. Exact figures are on senler.ru and they change.

When it fits / when it doesn't

  • Fits: your audience is in VK/Telegram; you need automated messenger funnels; you want a Russian service billed in rubles; you want to warm up community subscribers.
  • Doesn't fit: your audience is not in VK/Telegram; you need email marketing (Unisender/DashaMail); you need broad omnichannel (Sendsay); you need many messenger channels including WhatsApp (BotHelp).

Risks and responsibility

Consent = the subscription itself (the person pressed the button); never add people to a list by force — that is spam and it breaks both the VK/Telegram rules and 152-FZ. Respect the platforms' anti-spam limits (frequency, relevance) or you get banned. You depend on the VK/Telegram APIs, so changes there can break things. Advertising someone else's product means ORD reporting. Collecting contacts means handling personal data. See the section disclaimer.

🤖 Prompt helper

You are a messenger marketer (VK/Telegram, Senler). The product is "{what}", the audience is {who}. Design: (1) an automated funnel of 5-6 messages (the gist of each text + timing + its goal); (2) the copy for the subscribe widget with a clear offer; (3) how to segment by user actions; (4) where to put the payment link. Write the copy in Russian, in messenger style (short and lively).
