amoCRM

What it is and why

amoCRM is a Russian CRM built around the sales pipeline: lead capture from every channel (messengers, email, forms, calls), moving deals through stages, automatic tasks for managers, and a digital pipeline (automated touchpoints). Reach for it when sales are the core of the business and you need a system that doesn't lose leads and forces managers to work every one of them (this is a sales CRM, not a task tracker).

How to do it (step by step)

  1. Sign up at amocrm.ru — there's no free plan, but there is a trial. Billing is in rubles.
  2. Set up the sales pipeline. Stages that match your process: New lead → Qualification → Demo → Invoice → Paid. You can run several pipelines.
  3. Connect your lead sources. Hook up the site/forms (Tilda), messengers (WhatsApp/Telegram/VK), email and telephony — every inbound message automatically creates a deal. The point is that no lead slips through.
  4. Deal and contact cards. The full history of messages and calls in one place; custom fields for your own data.
  5. Automatic tasks. The rule: at every stage the manager has a task (call/write) — the system won't let a deal be "forgotten".
  6. Digital pipeline. Automated touchpoints: ad retargeting, auto-messages in messengers, emails tied to stages — no manager involved.
  7. Widgets. Pick what you need from the large Russian catalog (telephony, analytics, document workflow).
  8. Sales analytics. Stage-by-stage conversion, loss reasons, manager workload, forecast.

Ready-made recipe

A sales conveyor with no leaks: a Tilda form / a WhatsApp message → a deal is created automatically in amoCRM at the "New" stage with an auto-task for the manager to "reach out within 15 minutes" → the manager moves it through the stages with all correspondence in the card → at the "Invoice" stage the digital pipeline sends the payment link (YuKassa) and reminders → payment moves the deal to "Paid" and triggers delivery/handoff → analytics shows which stage is leaking deals. Leads don't drain away and managers stay accountable.

What it costs (honestly)

The logic: no free plan (trial only). Paid is per user per month (Basic/Advanced/Pro), and the price grows with the number of managers; widgets and integrations are sometimes charged separately. Exact figures are on amocrm.ru and they change.

When it fits / when it doesn't

  • Fits: sales are the core of the business; you have a sales team; leads arrive from many channels; you need discipline around every lead; you want a Russian service.
  • Doesn't fit: you have no sales process and no managers (a solo freelancer is fine with Weeek or a spreadsheet); you need a task tracker for development (this isn't one); you need a free tier to start.

Risks and responsibility

A CRM stores a large body of customer personal data (contacts, correspondence) — that's Federal Law 152-FZ in full force: you need consent to process personal data (collected on the source forms), a processing policy, and access controls. Digital-pipeline touchpoints (messages, ads) require consent; ads require ORD labeling when you're running promotions. The more data you hold, the higher the responsibility. See the section disclaimer.

🤖 Prompt helper

You are an amoCRM implementation consultant. The business is "{what}", sales team size {size}. Help me: (1) design pipeline stages that match our process; (2) decide which lead sources to connect and how not to lose inbound messages; (3) build a set of auto-tasks and digital-pipeline rules; (4) work out what 152-FZ requires (consent on forms). Lay it out as implementation steps.
