Racking your brain every month over "what should I post about" — and still getting zero traffic? Put Claude to work as the content engine for your niche. 🚀
When to use it
When you need to publish for a whole month without the daily "so what today?", and grow reach and traffic instead of just posting for the sake of posting. Claude's role: content strategist and traffic editor inside YOUR niche. What you get: a 4-week grid (rubrics, topics, formats, hooks, CTAs) balanced across "reach / warm-up / sell", with a note on which traffic source each post is aimed at, plus a bank of backup topics. Bonus — how to "settle" Claude into your niche once so it knows the context in every chat.
The prompt (copy and paste)
You are a content strategist and traffic editor working inside my niche. Write like an expert in this niche, not in general.
NICHE: "<FILL IN>". Audience and their pain: "<who they are and what hurts>". PLATFORM: <Telegram / Reels / YouTube Shorts / VK>.
GOAL FOR THE MONTH: <grow reach / warm up for a launch / sales>. FREQUENCY: <posts per week>. WHAT I'M PROMOTING: "<product/idea>". TONE: <which>. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: "<unique angle>".
1. First, "get inside the niche": in 4-5 lines describe the audience, the language and queries they use, and what sets us apart — that's your working context (check against it from here on).
2. Propose 4-6 RUBRICS (repeatable formats: value / teardown / story / behind the scenes / engagement / offer) with traffic in mind: which formats pull search, which pull reposts and saves.
3. Output a 4-week grid as a table: Week · Day · Rubric · Topic · Format · Funnel stage (reach / warm-up / sell) · Hook · CTA · Traffic source (search / repost / save).
4. Keep the funnel balanced: mostly reach/value and warm-up, selling in measured doses (~1 in 6-7). Toward the end of the month, ramp up the warm-up toward the goal.
5. Below the grid — a bank of 10 backup topics and 3 ideas for a high-reach post (noting which distribution channel each is aimed at).
Don't invent demand figures, reach numbers or facts about the niche — where a value is needed, leave "<...>". Mark search volumes as "check in Wordstat".
How to embed Claude into your niche (15 minutes)
- Go to claude.ai — there's a free tier. For "niche memory" you need the Pro plan (~$20/mo, or ~$17/mo billed annually — official Anthropic pricing).
- On Pro, create a Project. In the project instructions, describe who you are, your niche, your audience and their pain points, your tone. Into the project's knowledge base upload your own material: 5–10 of your best past posts, your offer, product facts, a brand voice guide.
- Now Claude is "inside the niche": every chat in that project already knows the context — no need to explain from scratch.
- Run the prompt above and you'll get the monthly grid. Then, in the same project, expand each slot into a finished draft (there are separate pipelines for that — the "content factory" and the "Telegram channel" ones). Without Pro the prompt still works: you just paste the niche context by hand at the start of the chat.
Filled-in example
Platform: Telegram. Niche: fitness for busy parents. Audience/pain: no time for the gym, embarrassed about their shape. Goal for the month: launch an online course at the end of the month. Frequency: 5/week. Promoting: the course "In shape in 30 minutes a day". Tone: upbeat and expert, no shaming.
What Claude typically returns: first a short "niche portrait" (who the audience is, the language they use, how we're different) — that's the working context. Rubrics: "Myth of the week", "Subscriber teardown", "Workout of the day", "My story", "Poll", "Offer". A 4×5 grid: weeks 1–2 — value and reach (myths, short workouts, save-worthy checklists aimed at reposts/search), week 3 — transformation stories plus warm-up, week 4 — warm-up toward the launch and 1–2 selling posts with a deadline. Every day gets a hook, a CTA and a traffic-source tag (search / repost / save). Below the grid — 10 backup topics plus 3 ideas for a high-reach post.
Variations
- Voice of the niche. "Keep the tone and vocabulary the same as in these posts" — and upload your 5 best to the project's knowledge base.
- For search/SEO. "Add a rubric aimed at search traffic: topics built around high-volume queries in the niche (formats — article / video / guide post)."
- Multi-platform. "Show how to break the week's anchor post down into Reels, Shorts and Telegram."
- For a launch. "Structure the whole month as a warm-up to the sales start on
: phases week by week."
Pro tips
- Rubrics are the main anti-burnout trick: instead of "what should I post", you're thinking "what goes into 'Myth of the week'". Ask for the rubrics first, then the grid.
- Keep the funnel balance deliberate: a month of nothing but offers burns your audience out, a month without a single offer sells nothing. Roughly 6:1 (value : selling) is a workable benchmark.
- The project knowledge base is your biggest lever: the more of your own material you upload, the less generic AI text you get and the stronger the "voice of the niche".
- Claude doesn't know real search volumes or reach numbers — don't trust invented "views" or demand figures. Check demand in Wordstat and in your platform's analytics, not with the model.
- The plan is a hypothesis for one month. At the end, feed Claude the stats ("these rubrics landed, these didn't") and ask it to rebuild the next one — that's how it gets sharper.
